I don't think I was specific enough. It's the machine is a 1921 Victorla 
XVII Electrola with a bulb inside. The buld is 110 volt and has what is now 
called a candelobra base that a normal night light fits in. What I'm 
wondering is if there was a certain type of bulb that would have been used. 
I don't think most of the modern bulbs that fit this type of fixture would 
have existed in 1921.
