This is a wild guess but I suspect it may be the same Company that made the Lyric Records, I believe those were the records that had the cat on the label. Maybe they got into the production of phonographs at some point in the late teens when the patent on the flat disc record and disc phonographs ran out and many companies jumped into the market at that time.
