Well, I know that there is a new bug system in the works at the moment
so I wouldn't bother doing anything big to the old system.

And about changing the topic, please, don't do it! If you change it
to having Re: in front of it, it get's quite hard to notice which
emails are actually reports (new ones or updated ones) and which ones
are some discussion triggered by the report submit/update. You could
change it to have either PHP 3 / PHP 4 in the front though.
As I tend to skip the PHP 3 reports.. :)

Which reminds me..how long are we going to really support PHP 3 ??
Are there still many users really using it?-)
