Someone was talking about this just yesterday or so... Ron 
Chmara I guess... and it was on the PHPDOC list IIRC. Felt 
like the conclusion was PHP 3 is still used more widely than 
PHP 4, and should remain actively supported till it really 
dies in terms of user adoption, not developer interest.
