Andrei Zmievski can probably explain this better than I can, but loading the
library through php.ini is not desirable or possible I believe.
Please remember, that the enviroment for php-gtk is not that of a web server,
but a standalone GUI application that happens to use php as a programming
language. PHP is being run here in "CGI" mode from the command line without
the presence of a web server.
