Well, it will. :) As soon as my current projects are ready, I will concentrate on Bubar more. And it will allow adding comments to reports as well as 'voting' reports, etc. It also has a 'wizard' which is used to report bugs. It asks certain questions depending on project and maybe also depending on the category the report is going to.
