Yes, although I think that what Sebastian mentioned is actually a PHP magazine. It is good to have PHP magazines, but for PHP to grow, it is also important to publish articles in magazines where PHP is usually not heard about. I think that if we can't address all the media with potential interest on PHP, we should focus on the media that has greater audience but usually does not mention PHP.
