After upgrading from PHP 4.0.6 to 4.1.1, my Apache (v1.3.22) can't load the DLL anymore. I have deleted _all_ PHP 4.0.6 files (including all files in windows/system directory) before installing the new version. This is the message I got: Cannot load c:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll into server: (31) A device attached to the system is not functioning: But when I installed the old version of PHP, my Apache can load the DLL smoothly.
