Ask support questions on the appropriate mailinglist. Hint: you need to copy the new php4ts.dll to your windows\system (Win9x) winnt\system32 (WinNT/2K) or windows\system32 (XP) directory. I have deleted _all_ PHP 4.0.6 files (including all files in windows/system directory) before installing the new version. This is the message I got: Cannot load c:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll into server: (31) A device attached to the system is not functioning: But when I installed the old version of PHP, my Apache can load the DLL smoothly.
