Hi, all, I was not monitoring the ML yesterday (getting some family Q.T. after a trip) but I'll be keeping an eye on it today. I think we are all adults and can abide by throttling rules in good faith. In the future, if you have any concerns about the content or velocity of this (or any other FIG 3.0 threads) please reach out directly. You can email info [at] php-fig.org or DM the secreaties directly (for me, twitter @ieatkillerbees is the best route, I will get that basically as long as I have working cell service).
As Michael is participating in the FIG discussions as a co-author (and therefore as an advocate), I will be handling all moderation of these threads. Throttling rules aside, I don't think anyone is keen on getting any number of emails that appear to be squabbling and I remind the members that I (and any other current or future secretary when acting in that role) am here precisely to assure the orderly execution of our organization's process. Please use us! We do ourselves a favor by not allowing these kinds of conflicts to escalate unnecessarily. They are essentially off-topic and not a productive use the ML.
