That's not at all what

Although the function of this interface is just filtering (there is a 
direct predicate on link 'rel' attribute and hidden predicate that item is 
strictly a link) i consider after your response that a proposed name 
LinkProviderInterface correctly describes the functions of the interface 
and is the most transparent.
