However the output of the script is as follows: Query: 1 atggcaatcgtttcagcagaaaaattcgtaattcgagctcgcccggggatcgatcctcta 60 |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| Sbjct: 1 atggcaatcgtttcagcagaaaaattcgtaattcgagctcgcccggggatcgatcctcta 60 which is not exactly as in the result.txt file in that the pipelines are displaced.
