Check out UltraEdit for Windows.... it's great. Text highlighting for around 10 programming languages, auto-tabbing for brackets, all kinda things. www.ultraedit.com it's even got built in FTP functions so you can open a file from a server, and when you save it automatically uploads. great proggie :)
