Dont think it a php.ini file. First of all. Remember to set the cookie before any other headers is sent to the browser. Do you remember to reload the page after the cookie is sent? (some browser cant see the cookie at the page it sent but first after it have been reloaded!). Else? Please post an URL to your source, or post some sources here!
