I use Zend Studio 2.5 it is very time saveing as it prompts me for variables i have used before classws and function i have used before etc even if they are in an include file. The projects feature is very usefull as I have two major projects at the moment and I can easily switch between then and have all my files at hand. If you can afford it get it!
For Mysql I use DBtools as I have many databases over many different servers so it lets me have access to them all in one place and i can test out my queries before i use them in a script which is very usefull. I used to use PHPcoder but it is far too buggy to use on a day to day bases.
