You can created engine with db or text file which have graphich
filename and time to executed graph and expire graph.

sample with db:
Fieldname :
 holiday-name string(50)
 graph-filename string(255)
 date-toshow date
 date-expire date
---------------------------------------

And in the main page you must check which graph-active and if doesn't
have any active graph use your default graph.

Sample sql :
   SELECT * FROM sample_graph WHERE date-toshow >= now() AND
date-expire < now();
