As most spammers want to include a clickable link, the best I can think of is checking for this before you do a strip_tags(); etc. They usually want <a href="mysite.com">Buy Now</a> or the [url] type as used on some message boards. I've used a CAPTCHA on my contact page (using the default font) which is not too obstrusive. Obviously, it wouldn't stop an OCR system, but it's easy to read. http://circlecity.co.uk/editor/ Feel free for anyone to try and break it, as it will help me make it more secure.
