If we're going to refuse adding projects like PuPHPet and friends, then I'd
say that those sidebar links have outlived their usefulness.  I certainly
don't want it to look like we're giving preferential treatment to the
[wxm]ampp? family, to the exclusion of more fashionable ways of setting up
a PHP dev env today.
