this is how we ended up in the current situation, where we don't really
think that all those links are warranted, but we can't refuse to add
another similar project (albeit I do think that adding phpuppet would
create a new precedence with wider interpretation of "Binaries") when they
ask for it.
so I think that we will either eventually end up listing everything plus
the kitchen sink, or we remove that block while we can.
