Hello,
I'd like to ask about the actual status of windows.php.net. List of
commits is different on GitHub[1] and git.php.net[2]. Commited changes
seem to have no affect on the site ([3] vs. [4]). Lastly, as far as I
can see, access to web/windows.git is very limited.
I have no problem with this situation, I can make PR, but I have no idea
if it will work, considering examples above.
