When I used winmysqladmin I never got the green lights to come on even
when I knew it was on. Just ignore it.
Second - I love mysqlControlCenter! Ok. I dont know for sure if this was
ever the 'actual' problem but, winmysqladmin has its preferences and
mysqlcc has its. Find the my.ini and rename it. You want to keep it
incase something goes wrong.
Then, start ControlCenter and it will start looking for your mysql db
and go from there.
