When signing up to help maintain this stuff there would be a little HOWTO
telling people how to do it and explaining that if they are not prepared
to roll good suggestions into the manual they should probably not be doing
this.
I'll get going on this sometime in the next couple of days unless someone
else is motivated to do so.
By the way Ron and others, I really didn't mean this as a criticism in any
way of your work on manual notes maintenance. It is meant as a bit of
scam to trick more PHP developers into thinking more about the quality of
the documentation. By looking at a list of user comments and looking at
the existing documentation it forces you to evaluate how that function is
documented.
