Well, that shouldn't be a big problem (beside the time, I've got a new
project, but should be able to do it within a reasonable time - not the
completely new repostitory for everything, of course :).

Thanks for the license-links (shame on me lazy something ;), which I
haven't read too deeply, but:

Philip and Derick outlined, that the ZendAPI-description is outdated and
would need a rewrite, but the license says:

"A. Distribution of substantively modified versions of this document is
prohibited without the explicit permission of the copyright holder.
"Substantive modification" is defined as a change to the content of the
document, and excludes mere changes in format or typographical
corrections."

From the experience of the planned phpdoc-license-change, it would take
a long time to get the explicit permission, but would be a way, as well
as starting a completely new one, where an extra-license wouldn't need
to be considered also in the future.

So I'd suggest to move only the compiling- and extending php3 - part
physically to phpdoc/phpdevel (just move the html-result into the new
doc), till we know more (or have a permission/substitute).

Cu,
Thomas
