I do provide some of my work under the a Creative Comons license, so I know it quite well. One of the reasons to move to OPL was to be compatible with the PHPFER[3] and Zend API doc licenses (which are both OPL), so we can integare the stuff legally.

Also, the documentation was former under GPL which was and i a totally
WRONG licence for documentation.

Did someone take a look at the Creative Commons [1] licenses?

  IANAL, but I think the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike license
  would probably fit our needs.
