Can you improve the Flag icon flyover, which currently says "Flag this user note..."? Something like "Report a problem user note" seems more descriptive and closer to the actual behavior. My issue is that the word "flag" is broad and can be misinterpreted in various ways. Having a good flyover will make the feature get wider use.
