Minor notes:
1. ':' can chain the arguments (like all property functions). So instead of
(get (: home obj) 'upds)
you can write
(: home obj upds)
2. The 'cons' is fine but may not be necessary. 'put!>' and related functions
know about the '+List' and take care about. I think just
'(put!> (: home obj) 'upds
(new! '(+Update) ...) )
should be enough.
