I just realized that my patch might conflict with PIG-111. Therefore I removed
the loading and usage of the pig.properties file. Now the patch only add a
single line within the usage method in the Main class.
Except of that it ads a bin/pig bash script and moves script/* to bin/.
So there should be no conflict with any other source patch.
Please note that with the new build.xml we kind of need that new bash script
since it assemble the classpath correctly.
It this patch gets submitted to svn I will update the wiki pages as well.
