Since the test is in the spec/gl-3.0/ directory, we should probably
require GL 3.0 or later.
The check for GL_ARB_texture_float for GL_DEPTH32F_STENCIL8 was
incorrect. The format is part of GL 3.0, not GL_ARB_texture_float.
