Is this part of 76cf55c ? I'll read through and get more familiar with
it. I believe there is at least still 'ir_quadop_vector' case that does
not get hit and maybe double matrix initialization from vectors but
somehow it seems to currently go via float route.
I also wonder if we require shader_runner level tests whether we shouldn't
just generate them from the generator we have.
This is ok for me, I will need some Python lessons though :)
