If I'm not mistaken, Palm devices are not called Palm
Pilot any more because Pilot, the French pen company
sued, and Palm/USRobotics/3Com (one of them) gave in,
changing the name of the device to not include the
word Pilot anymore.
So what you bought was made by the French pen company
Pilot, having no connection at all to Palm Devices.
NOW who is capitalizing on a confusing trade mark?
