What my "new" endo told me makes sense- Birth Control pills are dangerous only for women with Prolactinomas. Other types of pit tumors are not affected by them unless prolactin is an issue as well. The high levels of Estrogen etc. in BC pills, patches, etc. cause issues with existing Prolactin problems.
I believe him, but even though my tumor is GH, I'm not taking any chances because my Prolactin was quite high as well and in fact, my tumor was discovered within a few months of starting BC pills (I think it grew).
