<HTML>Before I was finally diagnosed and treated for my tumor, I had daily headaches and lightheadedness. Especially when standing up from either laying down or sitting. It was pretty bad and very annoying. But once I received treatment, those problems significantly decreased. My headaches went away almost completely (I do still get them every once in awhile, especially when stressed.) and my lightheadedness went away completely for awhile. It's only been over the last year or so that it has come back, but only once in awhile. (It's been 5 years since my surgery/radiation).
So yes, I definitely think your lightheadedness is related to your tumor. I'm not sure why, maybe blood flow is disrupted in that area of the brain. But I do think that a lot of us on this list have problems with headaches and lightheadedness, both things that many doctors won't admit are symptoms of these tumors.
