Holly,
I don't take Dostinex but I am Panhypopituitary. I had a problem with diziness. I passed out and fell down the stairs a couple of times (once fracturing my tailbone). I'm always "catching my balance". Last year I had a full blown episode of Vertigo (2 weeks). The doctor (GP) said it could happen again. I was sent to a physical therapist for excercises to help me prevent the episodes and to know what to do if it happened again.
I told my Endo. and she said this was non unusual for pituitary patients. I did have an MRI to rule out a regrowth of the tumor.
I had my surgery in 1998 and am still finding weird things with my body.
