Yes you can have an adrenal crisis with secondary adrenal insufficiency.

If you  have secondary adrenal insufficiency, you really need to discuss this with your doctor, and the action he wants you to take when you feel like you are in crisis.

Some of the symptoms are:

headache
profound weakness
fatigue
slow, sluggish, lethargic movement
nausea
vomiting
low blood pressure
dehydration
high fever
chills shaking
confusion or coma
darkening of the skin
rapid heart rate
joint pain
abdominal pain
unintentional weight loss
rapid respiratory rate
unusual and excessive sweating on face and/or palms
skin rash or lesion may be present
flank pain
appetite, loss

You should discuss with your doctor potential stressors that could precipate an acute adrenal crisis
