I went through all you are going through, at first i had no periods with the high prolactin levels, in the end though they became constant and heavy, with high prolactin, stuck between the devil and the deep blue sea.  Last October I had total hysterectomy, which although painful at the time, has left me with one less thing to drag me down.
 
I am lucky in that I completed my family before all my troubles started, and its not a course of action I would recommend, but if things are as bad as you say,its worth talking to a gynaecologist about what they can do for you.  The other alternative they offered me was a hormone producing coil. . . .
