The most telling test for Acromegaly is your IGF-1 level.  A high Growth Hormone level is a sign as well, but it's not as accurate because everyone's GH levels fluctuate throughout the day.  A high IGF-1 level show Acromegaly.

Hello Jean!
 
In your post, you said that no tests come back positive for Acromegaly how do you know that? Please tell me. The only test for Acromegaly is: Glucose Tolerance Test, and I had that test done, it came back negative.
