Hi Lindsey, Thank you for your reply. How did your doctor appointment go? I am praying that you do not have a pit tumor. Please let us know how you are doing. Thank you for sharing your experience and advice with me. I am glad that your first lap went well for you. I am also glad to hear that the Lupron worked well for you, even with the bad side effects. After reading your experience and talking with others about the surgery, I am not worried anymore. I know it has to be done, so I am resigned to having it done as soon as I have time to take a week off. I plan on having it in early November, we'll see if that happens. Do you see a reproductive endo? If not, you should, especially before you have another lap done. They focus on protecting your reproductive organs and hormone production during surgery. I really like my rep endo, he has been more helpful than any doctor I have seen. I am 26, I started with symptoms at 19, though I was not diagnosed with the endo, fibroids, cysts, and tumor til this year. I was diagnosed with PCOs last year. Every other doctor I saw told me my pain was normal when it was anything but. I just started seeing a rep endo this summer and he diagnosed me with it within a few weeks. I hope you received good news from your doctor. Oh, what are you taking for your migrianes? Are they 24-7? I have had daily migraines since 1997, the only relief I found was Indomethacin, which I have been taking for 2 1/2 years. It has worked wonders. I suffered daily migraines without treatment for several years, so I am glad I found this med! Please let us know what your doctor says. We'll be praying for a good report! Take care. Meri |
