Hi Mary
My Hubby has a Pituitary tumour and is under a Neuro surgeon, who is monitoring it and assessing the damage that it is doing.  It is also pressing on his Optic nerve and causing adrenal probs, which he is on Cortisone for, also his thyroid is underactive and he is on Thyroxin for that and  his Testosterone was pretty much non existent so he is on replacement patches .  He has recently had a second MRI Scan which they will measure up against his first one to see if the tumour is growing and if so surgery may be an option.
By the sounds of it I would say your daughter needs to see a neurosurgeon so they can assess what is going on.
Something that I have learned since Mal has been sick, is to not give up and really push to get the care that he needs.  Doctors just seem to mess around and it is so frustrating, it feels like they are just playing with your lives.
It is a pretty worrying time for you all,as I realise only tooooo well.
Wishing your daughter all the best.

Cheers
Jan
