crashing??? low heart rate after surgery

Hi everyone,
I am home, but feeling pretty bad between doses of hydrocortizone. I have tried calling chris but no answer. I was sent home on 30 mg 3 x a day and it is only lasting me about 2-3 hrs and then I get a severe head ache and nausea. I have also had a low heart rate since they pulled my cortizol away.. did anyone else experience this?? Please let me know. Also I just feel very weak like it is an effort to move sometimes.
