New Message on Pituitary Chat Surgery date finally Reply   Reply to Sender   Recommend Message 3 in Discussion From: jmirish05 Hi Bzmom,   Thanks for the reply and I will have to remember those funny slippers. lol I will be having my second surgery at Portland Providence Medical Center which is very near to my house.  Actually about a mile or less from me.  My surgery will be done by the same neurosurgeon, but with a new ENT surgeon.  He seemed really nice when I saw him last week and also seems to want to make things as easy for me as possible after surgery.  I have my pre-op with the neurosurgeon on the 20th and I really hope he has agreed to go with the endonasal type of surgery.    How long were you in the hospital and feeling back to mostly normal?  I hope recovery is much shorter as well as my stay in the hospital.  My stay was six days last time and I was off work for about six weeks or so.  I really and truly don't want that same ordeal this time.   Thanks for offering your prayers for me.  I really need them.   God bless you,   Judy   View other groups in this category.
