You want total testosterone and/or free testosterone -- there are pros/cons to each test.   I think women with PCOS often have high testosterone, but not sure it's consistent.   It's a standard procedure to measure testosterone for either males or females with libido problems. If you have PCOS maybe high testosterone is possible -- either way it should be tested.   High prolactin can suppress sexual function, even IF testosterone is normal.
