Meri,

Thank you for that, isn't it funny how when someone says you are in their prayers you feel an instant lift. corny I know, but that just happened so thanks
I also appreciate your saying that about me being proactive, becuase I think my family has had it. I think they are all about getting thisover with, the surgery I have been so ready to get over with already and be done with it. I know they mean well, but I am geting some resistance to looking elsewhere. That beign said I have looked and I am so very glad I did. I got some answers and information which definitley changed things for me. I have to remember to listen to that inner voice sometimes. I feel like the experience has been a mad dash and marathon all at the same time. Hurry and get the tests, the diagnosis, schedule the surgery ASAP, but don't choose the wrong surgeon and don't wait too long either. Head is spinning without the tumor.
I feel like I am on the right path now though..

I too feel good about the m inimally invasive approach, if it's not how the surgeon wants to proceed I am ok with that, but I want the technology to be an option. That is where I am, I found some "top" dr's thaks to all of you here and was lucky enough to be in touch with them and their close associates and have narrowed it.

Meri, forgive me for not digging in the posts far enough to find it, but where did you have your surgery and how did it go? I have an appointment with Dr. Delashaw and I had a great feeling about him, just what I think I was looking to "feel" if that makes sense.
