Ican't find the picture- but it was on a site that talked about the different approaches to the surgery. It was the main reason that I looked into the endonasal approach instead. I'm not too familiar with transeptal proceedure- don't they sometimes have to cut into the side of the nose to get to the sinus passage? View other groups in this category.
