Minnie has given you a really good answer to your question. I've been told that since all of the hormones are connected through the endo system that when one is compromised, another can be affected as well. What I've been told is that if your female hormones are deficient, it can also affect your T4 and T3 levels. I was recently put on growth hormone and my endo told me that the increase in my GH levels could affect my adrenal system. Has anyone else have any information that they've learned like this? If so, I would like to hear about it. |
