I could write down the list of symptoms I'm experiencing here & you'd all go 'uh huh- exactly, that's what's happening to me too' Yet to tell the docs the symptoms, they just shrug and say the test results don't indicate adrenal problems or cortisol problem. I'm almost at the end of my rope. I was having a problem shortly after surgery where right after dinner, I would get really weak, dizzy, dissoriented, and feel like I was about to pass out. It happened after every dinner- breakfasts were fine for some reason, but dinners were another story. My folks saw me when it was happening & were worried- I couldn't even speak right when it was happening. I mentioned this to my endo & another shrug. Thankfully, these 'spells' have somewhat subsided a bit, but something still isn't right..
 
Don't really know why I'm typing all this except to vent a bit & to sympathise with what you're going through
