Kevin- I get real dizzy too- can't move my head in sudden movements or the dizziness gets overwhelming to point of losing balance- watching any kind of fast patterns (like trying to cross street & watching the cars zip by) is dissorienting. I went through the same course as you as far as tyrying to find out what could be causing it- but also to no avail- Docs just ended up declaring me 'depressed' (Stinkin wastebasket diagnosis when they don't know whwat's going on) I have found that taking a powdered multinutrient drink has helped the dizziness some, as well as my concentration levels a bit. The product I take is called 'muscle milk' & has everythign you need in it and it taste 100% better than anything else- it really does taste liek a milkshake- honest. If you want, you could see a neorologist who deals in conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic fatigue (and some others) to see if it might be due to that as dizziness is prety standard in conditions like those & often accompany hormone conditions. That drink I mentioned however will help to balance the hormone levels a bit & take care of some other problems that might be lurking beneath the radar |
