Kevin,
I know this sounds simple, but have you had your ears checked? An ENT doc would be the way to go. Also, a neurolgy doc may be able to shed some light on this. When my brother had his acrachnoid cyst he became very dizzy, but it was constant and that was how they found the cyst. Once he had it removed the dizziness stopped.
