Hiya Mod

Im in the same situtation as you (in my early twenties) Ive had the operation twice but my levels are still rising (orginally my prolactin was 9000 it went down to 300 after the first op but gradually has gone up again and at present im at 3000). Im going to have to go in again for another operation. I can understand that it totally sucks having no libido and being stressed I found the best way to try and cope with the stress/ depression is to maybe try some form of meditation be in pilates, yoga tai chi. Im not sure if it is the same for you but the stress that your body feels is quite tense and irritable (not too sure if thats the correct way to describe it!). I totally understand what you are saying about not wanting to go out and people not understanding just do whatever you want to do to make yourself happy. I know it sucks because you know this new personality is not you but you have to deal and accept it for now anyways!

I am also looking into herbal supplements. Try typing in agnus castus prolactin (chasteberry tree) into a search engine. A friend of my parents had a problem with oestrogen levels after trying for a second child and she found this agnus castus remedy and she has another child. I must note if you do decide to try any herbal remedies check with your doctor. This lady did and in her circumstances she was ok to take them.I just hope there is a similar story for us high prolactinas!

Hope this helps you.
