What is your prolactin level? I was on Parlodel for awhile, and my level went from 465 to about 50, and the drop in prolactin caused my libido to come out, you know, I actually had one. However, due to the side effects of the drug, I decided to have surgery and because of where my tumor/pit gland was, I had a raditation treatment. At any rate, my prolactin level has gone up and my libido has disappeared.

This is an important discussion for women, as the literature generally mentions the male side of sexual side effects, ie, impotance. While this is important , womens lack of libido needs to be adressed too. Getting the prolactin down, in my limited experience, seems to be key. And yes, a lack of libidio does lead to a less than fulfilling life.
