New Message on Pituitary Chat Ogy - GH and Wilma Reply   Recommend Message 1 in Discussion From: Chris_Wenninger Hi Everyone - Jason's endocrinologist called with Jason's test results.  He is producing growth hormone.  I have to call and tell him he has to go in and get a Sandostatin LAR shot.  I am stuck down here in Florida, and yes Wilma appears to be ready to point right at us.  Jim, hubby, is flying in today, and we will take the dogs and drive up toward Tampa.  the indecision about everything is driving me crazy.    I am so sad for Jason that he will continue to deal with this tumor.  I am not sure where to go from here, but I would imagine another MRI will be ordered to see what is up.  I don't want him to have radiation if it can be avoided, and since his pit gland is functioning I wonder if a second surgery might be effective.    Please keep our family in your prayers as we feel like we are being surrounded by overwhelming problems.  Take care - Chri - Ogy's Mom View other groups in this category.
